2 minors have fallen into police custody, after stabbing a 16-year-old in Shkodra.
The event happened around 00:05, on 05.11.2023, after a momentary conflict, in the "Vasil Shanto" neighborhood.
"Following the preliminary information given yesterday, about the wounding with a cutting tool (knife) of the RS citizen, 16 years old, committed around 00:05 on 05.11.2023, after a momentary conflict, in the neighborhood " Vasil Shanto", we inform you that the crime investigation specialists of Shkodër Police Station have continued the in-depth investigations to fully determine the authorship of this case and clarify its circumstances.
At the end of the investigative actions, as suspected perpetrators of the case, the citizens AN, 15 years old and MM, 16 years old, both residents of Shkodër, were arrested for the criminal offenses "Deliberate serious injury" and "Production, possession, purchase or illegal sale of cold weapons". Meanwhile, the RS citizen continues to be in the hospital, under the care of doctors.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions," the police announced.
