New details from the wounding of the citizen Jaser Osmani in the city of Shkodra a day ago have come to light. The incident happened around 16:00 on May 11 in the "Salo Halili" neighborhood, as it is suspected that during a momentary conflict, the 24-year-old was injured.
Jaser Osmani was wounded by a bullet in the leg and was immediately sent to the regional hospital of Shkodra, where his life is out of danger.
The police identified the suspected perpetrator, citizen Gentian Mithi, 46 years old, a resident of Shkodër.
According to the police, from preliminary investigations, it is suspected that the wanted citizen Gentian Mithi, during a momentary conflict with Jaser Osmani, injured him with a pistol and immediately left the scene.
It is known that everything started after a debate between them about crossing the white lines on the road. The 24-year-old was walking, trying to cross the other side of the road, right on the white lines. At that moment, the suspected perpetrator was passing by in a vehicle.
The 24-year-old claims that it was his right to cross the road, while the suspected perpetrator claimed that he should have crossed by car. After the Vebal conflict, the quarrel between them has degraded.
It is suspected that the citizen Gentian Mithi allegedly went to the vicinity of the 24-year-old's apartment in the "Salo Halili" neighborhood in the place known as "Çinari i Tophanë" and wounded him with a pistol. He then left in an unknown direction.
The police continue to pursue the author to make it possible to find and then capture him, while the investigative group is continuing its work to fully clarify the event that happened yesterday afternoon in Shkodër.
