This afternoon, a powerful explosion occurred in the city of Lushnja, as a result of which one person died and several others were injured, among them SP MP Bujar Çela.
Regarding this event, the Police have given the first official details, where they have confirmed that there was a victim identified as Landi Verçani from the explosion, and 8 people were injured. The police have also confirmed that SP MP Bujar Çela is among the injured.
Further in the official statement, it is said that the cause of the explosion was the contact of the crane with the high voltage line.
Around 16:05 at the place called "Plasma Circle", in a warehouse under construction, it is suspected that during work, a crane operator driving a crane accidentally touched the high voltage line and as a result a powerful explosion occurred .
As a result of the explosion, the citizen LV lost his life, and 8 citizens were injured, among them MP B. Ç., who are in the hospital for medical assistance.
