Other details of the incident in Tirana, where 34-year-old Kristjan Thaçi stabbed two of his neighbors and then escaped, are coming to light.
It is learned that the young man complained that the father and son "were making a lot of noise in the building", while the 34-year-old had a conflict with the neighbors and then shot them with a knife and hard objects.
The fight happened on the fifth floor of the building. 34-year-old Thaçi is known as a problematic person in the area. The injured are Arben and Marjo Miha, 60 and 21 years old. They have been taken to the hospital and are out of danger.
