But the lack of a license and police badge are violations of occupational safety regulations by the business owner, 56-year-old Luiz Xhumari, who was arrested this Monday.
According to Durrës police, he rented the Jet Ski to two tourists without equipping them with protective suits, but only with life jackets.
The police have also suspended the activity of the entity.
To fully clarify the incident, the police are also conducting checks on two English citizens to see if they were under the influence of alcohol, although so far there is no such data. / Klan
