According to preliminary investigations, the young man fired a gun into the air during the conflict, intending to threaten one of the people involved and another who intervened to stop the clash. No injuries were reported from the shooting.
The police have also initiated criminal proceedings against the owner of the bar for failing to report a crime, while five other people suspected of having participated in the conflict have been declared wanted.
The operation to fully unravel the incident continues, while authorities are working to capture the wanted persons and find the weapon used.
"The services of Police Commissariat No. 5, in continuation of the work to clarify and document the circumstances of the conflict that occurred on 17.04.2026, in the outdoor premises of the premises of citizen Xh. D., have organized and finalized the operation coded "Details".
As a result of the operation, citizen AH, 23 years old, resident of Tirana, was identified, arrested and put in handcuffs.
The investigation suspects that during the conflict, in which 6 citizens were involved, citizen AH fired a gun in the air to threaten one of the citizens involved in the conflict and another citizen who attempted to intervene. No citizens were injured as a result of the shooting.
"Work is underway to capture wanted citizens RS, RS, F. Gj., DD and R. Gj., who are suspected of being involved in the conflict, as well as to find the firearm," the police announced.
