
The Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC), as part of the action to crack down on the Albanian cocaine group with international reach, has ordered the preventive seizure of a total of 14 assets of various types.
The seized assets of the Çopja group are reportedly worth several million euros. SPAK has announced that resorts, villas, apartments, land, vehicles and shares in companies have been seized in the name of the persons under investigation. 111,800 euros, 4,000 dollars and 880,000 lek have also been seized.
"Tourist resorts: “A….. PARK” Resort including hotels, service buildings, restaurant and commercial premises, Xhafzotaj, Durrës. Villas and apartments: Two-storey villa type “ELYSIAN”, on the coast of Dhërmi, Himara municipality (total area approximately 378.2 m²), with a market value of approximately 1,000,000 Euros.
