An event that happened a few years ago for the stab wounding of Julian Sula, or as he is otherwise known in Lushnja as "Juli i Pashako", was the reason for placing the tritol in the apartment of Arjan Aliço, a member of the Lushnja gang, who was by Aldo Bare.
The beating and wounding of Julian Sula happened in 2017 in the "Skënder Libohova" neighborhood, where the Albania-Switzerland match was being played, in a betting point owned by Arjan Aliço, the latter together with his son. physically conflicted with "Julin e Pashako".
From this collision, Julian Sula was injured with a knife, while Arjan Aliço initially evaded the police and was then arrested by the city's blues, being sent to prison.
In the prison premises, Arjan Aliço was beaten and mistreated by Dorjan Shurdhi and Anterio Kaloshi, two friends of Laert Haxhiu, as a sign of revenge for the wounding of "Julit Pashako".
For this reason and for the fact that Arjan Aliço was a surviving member of the Lushnja gang, Laert Haxhiu ordered Lulzim Arap to put a tritol in the apartment of Aliço, who in Lushnjë is known by the nickname "Ardi i Braçes".
According to the testimony that Artan alias Marjus Tafani gave to the prosecutor's office around the time of the placement of the tritol, he has shown that he himself did not participate in this crime, but according to the conversations held between him, Laert Haxhiut and Lulzim Arapi, he learned that the tritol Lul Arapi placed it in Aliço's apartment.
"...I did not participate in this event, but Lulzim Arapi alias "Luli" himself admitted to me that he did it. It seems to me that C4 explosives have been placed there. I learned this fact when I, Laerti and Luli were together one day, they were discussing how it was possible that the damage that was done to Arjan Aliço was so small and I told him that: "...they must not have decided well therefore he didn't do any harm..." - Artan Tafani confessed in the prosecutor's office.
Furthermore, the latter told SPAK that: "...I know that Arjan Aliço had a conflict with Laerti and his group for a long time. Arjani, with his son, had wounded with a knife some time before the event, I don't know the exact period, a boy they call "Juli i Pashako". When Arjani was in prison, Dorjan Shurdhi and Anterio Kaloshi beat Arjani in prison. There they told me that Arjan's son had previously planted explosives in the house of a cousin of Dorjan Shurdhi. This cousin used to visit Dori in prison and Arjan's son did it out of anger. The Laertit group then fired canisters near Arjan Aliço's house, but who specifically did not know.
