In the hearing at the GJKKO for the murder and kidnapping of Jan Prenga, where Dritan Rexhepi testified for the first time, SPAK submitted new evidence.
SPAK prosecutor Elida Kaçkini has presented communications obtained from the encrypted Sky ECC application, which she says are between defendants Dritan Rexhepi and Altin Hajri. Kaçkini said the communications were made in 2020 and both are falsifying with great interest in this matter.
"The communications have come from the French. The communications belong to Dritan Rexhepi and Altin Hajri. This evidence has recently arrived, so we ask to present it to the court. We would ask that it not be made public. The communications belong to the period of 2020. They have to do precisely with the criminal case, their continued interest in this case, what has happened, etc. etc.
The hearing is postponed to May 7. Meanwhile, an order has also been issued for the mandatory escort of Aldo Manjishta, who was not present at today's hearing.
