As part of the "Real Estate" operation, 1 apartment and 1 premises owned by Sajmir Alterzi and Edison Gashi were seized.

The apartment is owned by 49-year-old Sajmir Alterziu and is located in the neighborhood "Dyli Haxhire", Elbasan.
The bar is owned by 42-year-old Edison Gashi and is located in the "Kongresi" neighborhood in Elbasan.
Sajmir Alterziu is convicted in Italy, for the criminal offense of "Trafficking and exploitation for prostitution", while Edison Gashi is convicted in Italy, with 8 years of imprisonment, for the criminal offense of "Trafficking and exploitation for prostitution".
