Yesterday evening, the police announced that they were requested to intervene in CEAZ No. 32, after several observers of the counting process were conflicting with each other.
The police announced that 7 people were escorted to the police station after the fight for weak motives. However, after statements were given to the police, the escorts were released.
"On 12.05.2025, at around 20:15, the intervention of the Police was requested in CEAZ No. 32, as several observers of the counting process (representatives of various political entities) were conflicting with each other.
In compliance with standard work procedures, 7 citizens who were in conflict for weak motives were immediately intervened and escorted.
At the end of taking statements, 7 citizens were released.
"After consultation with the available prosecutor, the investigative materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further action," the police announced.
