" As a result of the quick procedural and investigative actions carried out at the scene, the Police services arrested the citizen F. Ç., 27 years old, a resident of Shijak, and referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated for his 2 brothers , citizens Xh. Ç., 32 years old, A. Ç., 27 years old, also residents of Shijak.
From these actions it resulted that the citizen F. Ç., in cooperation with his 2 brothers, after a conflict for weak motives, threatened with an imitation weapon, the citizen M. Rr., 29 years old, resident of Shijak (owner of a bar in Shijak), they hit him with a hard object (hammer), as well as broke the windows of the bar owned by him.
The illegal items that were used to commit this crime, as well as the vehicle of these citizens, were seized as material evidence. "- announced the police.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës Jurisdiction, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Intentional light injury" and "Intimidation".
