Ten people accused of drug production and sale in Fier have been sent for trial.
The Fier Prosecutor's Office has completed the investigations and sent the file to the court for the accused: AB, DD, EK, G.Ç., GC, KB, K.Ç, N.Ll., KQ Xh.R.
These individuals are accused of selling drugs in collaboration more than once in the territory of Fier. The Police and the Fier Prosecutor's Office have conducted proactive investigations with wiretaps and recordings to prove the involvement of the accused in this criminal activity. There is a security measure of arrest in prison against them.

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, at the conclusion of preliminary investigations, sends to trial criminal case no. 1300, of 2023, with 10 defendants, citizens AB, DD, EK, G.Ç., GC, KB, K.Ç, N.Ll., KQ and Xh.R., accused of committing the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in collaboration and more than once, provided for by Article 283, paragraph 2, of the Criminal Code.
This criminal case was initiated based on a referral made by the Fier Local Police Directorate that several citizens were involved in the sale, purchase and distribution of narcotics in the territory of the Fier Municipality.
Within the framework of proactive investigations carried out in cooperation with the Fier Local Police Directorate, such as wiretaps, registrations in public places, etc., as well as other investigative actions, such as searches of homes/places, seizures, inspections, expert assessments, taking statements from persons with knowledge or defendants, etc., it was possible to prove that all defendants have sold narcotics such as cocaine, heroin and cannabis sativa more than once.
Following proactive investigations, the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier was requested to impose security measures of "prison arrest" against the 10 people involved, while in relation to other facts or people who may have been involved in this criminal activity, the criminal case was separated to continue the investigations.
