The 63-year-old man who set himself on fire on May 30 in the Great Ring near Farka has passed away.

Three days ago, the victim with the initials N.SH tried to set herself on fire with gasoline.

He died in the hospital after unfortunately he could not survive his injuries.

Meanwhile, the materials passed to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office.

"Following the preliminary information given on 30.05.2024, where in the Great Ring Road, the eastern wing in the direction of Teg movement, (near Farka), he tried to set himself on fire with fuel, suspected gasoline, citizen N. Sh. , 63 years old, as a result of the injuries received, this citizen died yesterday ," the police announced.
