A group of paid shooters who operated in the area of Laçi and not only to commit murders against financial sums, has been sentenced today to 118 years in prison for serious charges such as "premeditated murder" committed in cooperation for interest but remaining in the attempt , "Theft in cooperation" and "Attempted murder" against two police officers, this event happened on January 14, 2022 in the village of Aramenas.
The investigation started two years ago by the prosecutor of Tirana, Elisabeta Imeraj and the prosecutor of Laçi, Bardhi Shehu, has been concretized today by the prosecutor of Lezha, Erjon Shehaj, who asked the court for the guilty declaration of Ilir Feçi, Robert Laçi, Ibrahim Difaj and Shpetim Kraja for 8 charges.
According to the investigative file, Ilir Feçi, Robert Laçi and Ibrahim Difaj, were implicated in the serious incident that occurred on August 17, 2021 in Fushë-Kuqe, where the truck driver, Alfred Gjoka, was injured.
The three people were paid 20,000 euros to kill Gjoka, but they could not, even though they fired more than 3 bullets at him. While in the prosecution's claim, several cases of theft committed in Laç by these defendants were also listed.
While the other defendant Shpëtim Kraja is accused of the attempted murder of two police officers, Lili Keri and Prel Rrushaj.
In his claim, the prosecutor Shehaj demanded that Ilirjan Feçi be sentenced to 25 years in prison, while the three judges of Lezha, Renis Sheshi, Eglantina Biba and Ilir Përdeda, decided today to sentence Ilirjan Feçi to 30 years in prison.
Further in the pretense, the prosecutor demanded a sentence of 25 years of imprisonment for Ibrahim Difaj who was accused of two charges, but the court of Lezha decided to sentence him to 25 years of imprisonment.
For Robert Laçin, the prosecution asked for his sentence of 3 years of imprisonment for the charge of "Providing the conditions to commit the murder" of Alfred Gjoka, but the court decided to sentence him to 28 years of imprisonment for the charge of "Premeditated murder" committed for remaining interest in the attempt to the detriment of Alfred Gjin.
While 25 years of imprisonment was requested by the prosecutor Shehaj for Shpëtim Kraja accused of "Murder of state police officers" remaining in the attempt, while the court increased his sentence to 35 years of imprisonment.
The two members of this group, Ilirjan Feçi and Robert Laçi, have also collaborated with Nuredin Duman, and for this reason, SPAK has issued "prison arrest" security measures against them in the "Golden Bullet" file.
While "prison arrest", Laçi and Feçi have also received from the prosecutor's office of Tirana, for the accusation of the murder of Erion Çela and the wounding of Blerim Çela, Edmond Crroj, Arben Dani and Azbi Selimaj.

On the same day they stole the Volkswagen Touran, they also robbed a German citizen. As soon as the latter got off the bus on the highway, his wallet and a mobile phone were stolen at the Patok underpass.
