The investigation started two years ago by the prosecutor of Tirana, Elisabeta Imeraj and the prosecutor of Laçi, Bardhi Shehu, has been concretized today by the prosecutor of Lezha, Erjon Shehaj, who asked the court for the guilty declaration of Ilir Feçi, Robert Laçi, Ibrahim Difaj and Shpetim Kraja for 8 charges.
According to the investigative file, Ilir Feçi, Robert Laçi and Ibrahim Difaj, were implicated in the serious incident that occurred on August 17, 2021 in Fushë-Kuqe, where the truck driver, Alfred Gjoka, was injured.

Further in the pretense, the prosecutor demanded a sentence of 25 years of imprisonment for Ibrahim Difaj who was accused of two charges, but the court of Lezha decided to sentence him to 25 years of imprisonment.
For Robert Laçin, the prosecution asked for his sentence of 3 years of imprisonment for the charge of "Providing the conditions to commit the murder" of Alfred Gjoka, but the court decided to sentence him to 28 years of imprisonment for the charge of "Premeditated murder" committed for remaining interest in the attempt to the detriment of Alfred Gjin.
While 25 years of imprisonment was requested by the prosecutor Shehaj for Shpëtim Kraja accused of "Murder of state police officers" remaining in the attempt, while the court increased his sentence to 35 years of imprisonment.
The two members of this group, Ilirjan Feçi and Robert Laçi, have also collaborated with Nuredin Duman, and for this reason, SPAK has issued "prison arrest" security measures against them in the "Golden Bullet" file.
