After the end of the national opposition protest, 22 people were escorted to the police station. It is learned that about 6 people are being escorted to Police Station No. 1, while the rest have been sent to Police Station No. 2 and the Tirana Local Police Directorate.
Meanwhile, three Democratic Party MPs, Eno Bozdo, Oerd Bylykbashi and Gjin Gjoni, along with legal representatives of the party, have arrived at Police Station No. 1 to seek clarification on the escort procedures and to closely monitor the situation.
Police claim that these citizens committed illegal actions during the protest, including throwing Molotov cocktails at law enforcement officers.
On the other hand, the representatives of the Democratic Party consider the escort unfair and demand full transparency on the reasons and procedures followed. At Police Station No. 1, the situation appears calm, unlike previous protests, although there have been moments of tension between the Democratic Party deputies and police leaders.
