A serious incident was recorded in Shkodër, where a young man raped and then attempted to sexually abuse his sister. Official sources from the police informed that the 24-year-old man with the initials AQ was behind bars
"In implementation of the plan of measures, drawn up in the framework of the nationwide mega-operation "Rule of Law", for the capture of the citizens declared wanted, as well as based on the information provided by the police intelligence, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Shkodër Commissariat captured and put the citizen AQ, 24 years old, in handcuffs, after he raped his sister, and attempted to have sexual intercourse with her by force," the police announcement states.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
