A 36-year-old man was injured this afternoon while working in a chrome mine in Bulqiza.
The miner, Vilson Alla, was transported by helicopter to the hospital, where he is receiving the necessary medical assistance. It is learned that Alla was injured while working in a chrome gallery in area D.
He was urgently sent to Bulqiza hospital and then for specialized treatment he was taken by helicopter to the trauma hospital in Tirana.
The serious event happened on Christmas Day, as it is an official holiday and the law stipulates that anyone who works in the public or private sector must be on holiday.
Meanwhile, the investigative group is conducting investigations at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of this event.
"On 25.12.2023, around 14.00, a VA citizen, 36 years old, who allegedly had an accident while working in a chrome mine in Bulqiza, was sent to the hospital for medical assistance.
