He is known as a very close person of Aleksandër Lakos (Rrumi i Shijak).
His arrest was made after Serious Crimes in Durrës Police received information that he was hiding in a cousin's house.

"As a result of the controls carried out in implementation of the measures of the operational plan "Rule of Law", for the capture of wanted citizens, based on the information provided by the police intelligence, from the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector of DVP Durrës, it has been finalized police operation coded "Wanted".
During the operation, AB citizen, 33 years old, resident of Durrës, was located, captured and handcuffed.
This citizen was declared a national wanted, since on 02.05.2023, the Court of Durrës has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty", committed in collaboration.
This citizen is accused that on 02.10.2022, in Maminas, in cooperation with other citizens, he deprived the freedom of the citizen IB, a resident of Durrës" , announced the police.
