A 24-year-old Albanian man was handcuffed by the Greek authorities after being caught with drugs.

The young man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon during an operation coordinated by the police in Thessaloniki.

During a search of his apartment, the police found 10 packages of cocaine with a total weight of 64.2 grams and two electronic scales as well as seven 9 mm pistol cartridges.

The young man's cell phone and the vehicle used for the distribution of narcotics were confiscated.
