The brother of DP MP Bledjon Nallbati, Alti Nallbati, has been placed under "compulsory appearance" security measure at the judicial police after an altercation with a truck driver.
Alti Nallbati was arrested by the police after the fight on charges of committing the criminal offenses of "Other intentional damage", "Disturbing public peace", and "Obstructing the movement of means of transport".
After the conflict, the police explained that Bledjon Nallbati was involved in the altercation after initially attempting to calm the situation, but then, based on the footage, attempted to force the driver out of the truck.
In statements given to the prosecutor's office, the deputy and his brother stated that the truck was speeding and could have hit them from behind.
The three people were escorted after the conflict to the Devoll police station, where they provided explanations.
