A 17-year-old has been arrested by police after allegedly stealing gold pendants from a jewelry store in the "Toptani" shopping center in Tirana.
According to the police, the incident occurred on "Abdi Toptani" street, where the minor took jewelry worth about 12 thousand euros and then quickly left the scene.
After the complaint, the services of Commissariat No. 1 made it possible to identify and arrest the 17-year-old in flagrante delicto.
During the search, police seized the stolen pendants as material evidence.

As a result of rapid investigative and procedural actions, carried out within the framework of the police operation codenamed "Golds", following the notification of a theft at a jewelry store on "Abdi Toptani" Street, the services of Police Commissariat No. 1 immediately organized the work to identify and capture the perpetrator.
As a result of quick actions, it was possible to capture and arrest in flagrante delicto a minor citizen, 17 years old, residing in Tirana.
From the investigative actions, it is suspected that this citizen, yesterday, stole gold pendants from a jewelry store in a shopping center on "Abdi Toptani" street and then ran away from the scene.
"During the search, the stolen pendants were seized as material evidence," the police announced.
