The services of the Lushnja Police Station, immediately after receiving the notification of a case of armed robbery at a gas station, have organized the work within the coded police operation "How it ends", with the aim of clarifying the theft, identifying and apprehending the perpetrator .
As a result of quick procedural-investigative actions, with the support of police intelligence, this case of theft has been solved and the suspected author, FB citizen, 31 years old, resident of Lushnja, has been identified.
As part of the operation, after several hours of pursuit by the services of the Lushnje Police Station in cooperation with the services of the Elbasan Police, it was possible to capture the 31-year-old in Elbasan.
From the investigations, it was found that the FB citizen, in the early hours of this morning, entered a gas station disguised and, threatening with a shotgun, took a sum of money (a part of the daily turnover).
As material evidence, the firearm used by the perpetrator to commit the theft, the vehicle he had rented, the clothes he wore during the theft, a quantity of suspected narcotic substance heroin and an electronic scale were seized.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Theft with a weapon", "Production and possession of hunting and sporting weapons without permission" and "Production and sale of narcotics", announced the police.
