The serious incident that took place yesterday evening on the "Laç-Milot" road axis, where a 53-year-old man was found dead on the road, is clarified. Fillimish was reported to have accidentally fallen on the side of the road and died on impact.

It is learned that the 28-year-old hit the deceased with a car and then left the scene. As a result, the police seized the "Benz" type vehicle. The young man was identified and handcuffed by the police.
"As a result of the investigative actions carried out by the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes in cooperation with the Road Traffic Services of the Local Police Directorate of Lezhë, to clarify the event that happened around 18:00, on 05.11.2023, in the axis road "Laç-Milot", where it was initially suspected that he accidentally lost his life, as a result of falling on the road, being in a drunken state, citizen LK, 53 years old, resident of Kurbin, citizen ES was identified and put in handcuffs, 28 years old, resident of Kurbin.
From these actions, it resulted that the ES citizen collided with a vehicle, the LK citizen and left the scene of the accident. As a result, the 53-year-old man died at the scene. Subsequently, as material evidence, the "Benz" type vehicle, belonging to the citizen E.S., was seized, according to the police announcement.
