The Tirana court has left in prison the 4 young men who allegedly had a conflict and shot 18-year-old Aurelio Dervishi with a knife on Sunday evening.
The 4 young people who are accused of murder in cooperation, did not speak before the court. The lawyers requested a 30-day measure until the clarification of who shot the 18-year-old, but the request was rejected.
According to the lawyers, the event was not premeditated, but a momentary debate that ended with the murder of the young man. During the testimony they gave to the police, they claimed that during the conflict the victim shot them with a crowbar.
The serious incident happened in the area of Shkoza in Tirana.
We recall that, in her testimony, the girl said that she was related to Francis Shehu, the friend of the author of the murder. She stated that she was in the car with the victim because of their friendship and that she was near the neighborhood.
According to her, both groups were exchanged near Shkoza. At one point, the group of 4 authors saw that the 16-year-old girl who was in a relationship with the 20-year-old man was in the "Audi" with 5 people inside.
She says that they were stopped after the perpetrators beckoned to them from the mosque. At this moment, the physical conflict also started.
