Four people have been arrested by Durrës police, suspected of being related to the double crime recorded on Wednesday morning in the Manza area, in Durrës.

The four people were at the scene and in the company of Daniel Pepa, initially leaving and then returning to the scene. However, none of them reported the crime to the police.
The arrested are: Ergi Kadiu, Erald Cani, Taulant Beqja and Emirjan Beqja , who are accused of "Failure to report a crime".
In addition to the perpetrator of Paluç's murder, Daniel Pepa, a 30-year-old man has also been declared wanted on charges of illegal possession of a weapon, failure to report a crime, and aiding and abetting the perpetrator of the crime.
Crime dynamics
From the investigations carried out so far, it has resulted that 21-year-old Daniel Pepa entered the bar and, for weak motives, had a verbal conflict with the bar's waiter and Flori Paluçi (who was accompanied to the bar by several citizens, among them, the arrested Erald Cani). After the verbal conflict, Daniel Pepa left the bar by vehicle, where he returned immediately afterwards, accompanied by the arrested citizen Ergi Kadiu and Aranit Kurti.
During the three young men's attempt to enter the bar, Flori Paluçi emerged from the bar and allegedly fired a gun at the ground.
At this moment, Daniel Pepa allegedly fired a gun at Flori Paluçi, wounding him, and the latter fired a gun at Daniel Pepa and Aran Kurti (who allegedly punched Florian Paluçi in the face). As a result of the conflict, citizens Florian Paluçi and Aran Kurti were killed.
"Durres/In-depth investigations shed light on the dynamics of the conflict for weak motives, which occurred outside a bar in the village of Manzë, as a result of which 2 citizens were killed with firearms.
4 citizens involved in the conflict are arrested for failing to report the crime.
The citizen suspected of having fled the scene, along with citizen DP (suspected perpetrator of one of the murders), is identified and declared wanted.
Following in-depth and professional investigations, carried out by the investigative structures of the Durrës Local Police Directorate, in coordination with the Durrës Prosecutor's Office, with the aim of bringing to criminal responsibility all citizens implicated in the conflict for weak motives, which occurred at around 01:25 on 22.10.2025, in the outdoor environment of a bar in the village of Manzë, where citizens FP, 33 years old, and AK, 23 years old, were killed with firearms, the citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime", the following citizens:
-EC, 25 years old and EK, 21 years old, as well as citizens TB, 37 years old and EB, 34 years old, brothers, all four residents of Manza.
Also, the following citizens were declared wanted:
-DP, 21 years old, resident of Manza, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder" and "Illegal Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition";
-GA, 30 years old, resident of Manza, for the criminal offenses of "Illegal Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition", "Supporting the Author of the Crime" and "Failure to Report the Crime".
The investigations conducted so far have shown that citizen DP entered the bar and, for weak reasons, had a verbal conflict with the bar's waiter and citizen FP (who was accompanied to the bar by several citizens, including the arrested EC). After the verbal conflict, citizen DP left the bar by vehicle, where he returned immediately afterwards, accompanied by the arrested citizen EK and citizen AK. During the three citizens' attempt to enter the bar, citizen FP came out of the bar and allegedly fired a gun on the ground. At this moment, citizen DP allegedly fired a gun at citizen FP, wounding him, and the latter fired a gun at citizens DP and AK (who allegedly punched citizen FP in the face). As a result, citizens FP and AK were killed.
Further investigations suggest that citizen GA fled the scene with citizen DP.
Intensive searches continue to capture the suspected perpetrator of the murder of citizen FP, citizen DP, as well as to capture the wanted citizen GA.
"Also, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, intensive work is being done to secure any evidence that will serve the investigation to document the criminal responsibility of each of the citizens implicated in this case. The procedural materials were referred to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
