In the investigative file that SPAK has built against 4 people arrested for the murder of Fatbardh Lici, there is a name that has been heard quite a lot recently in the dark chronicles.
Gjin Ndoj alias Boriçi, one of Behar and Safet Bajri's close friends, killed in Shkodra on August 9, 2020 on Behar's own orders, was one of the police suspects who turned out to have been questioned for the murder of Fatbardh Lici.
Boriç was questioned about this event as a person who reveals the circumstances of the investigation. Later, the police received intelligence reports that he could be one of the possible people who participated in the murder of Lici.
But exactly two years later, he would be killed by his two friends, Behar Bajri and Denis Brajovic. He has stated that he knew all the members of the "Lici" tribe in Shkodra, but has denied having participated in criminal events, as he was in Tirana, at the house of Denis Brajovic, the person who two years later would kill Boric in an ambush.
Gjin Boriçi stated in August 2018 that he has close social ties with Arjan Rajan, who has currently been living in Italy for a long time.
Further, Boriçi, in 2018, explained that he has social connections with Behar Bajri and Denis Brajović and is acquainted with Safet Rustemi, Astmer Bilali and Arjan Zogaj.
The day before Fatbardh Lici was killed, this Gjin Boriçi confessed that he was in Tirana in the company of Behar and Denis and they were having lunch at the "Colosseo" bar, located near the "Zog i Zi".
While they were having lunch, according to him, Arjan Zogaj also came in. He does not remember any conversations that may have taken place at that lunch.
Boriç explained that after lunch they went to the "American 2" Hospital, as Behar's children were hospitalized there, having fallen ill.
Then they went to Denis' house, which is located near "Liqeni të Thatë". In the late hours they went to the bar "De Charme", which is located near "Tirana së Re".
Safet Rustemi, Astmer Bilali, Arjan Zogaj, Behar Bajri, Denisi Brajovic, as well as several women who were the girlfriends of these individuals, were also present at that bar. They stayed until the early hours of the morning.
Then they went to Denis's house and he went to rest. When he woke up in the afternoon, he found out that Fatbardh Lici had been killed. Asked about other events that occurred in the city of Shkodra, Gjin Boriçi stated that he had a very good relationship with Boran Berçana and called him "brother...".
Meanwhile, Boriçi has told them that he knows all the members of the "Lici" tribe in Shkodër./ Ora News
