The Special Court has sentenced Klevis Alla to 25 years in prison for the murder of two brothers, Besmir and Viktor Haxhia in April 2020 in Durrës.
Meanwhile, GJKKO has sentenced Besjan Xixha to 6 years in prison for the murder of Bujar Çela and the placement of explosives in the house of Talos Çela.
GJKKO also gave 5 years in prison to Enver Diva, involved in the murder of Bujar Çela on 17.09.2020, in Elbasan.
The Special Court dismissed all charges against Altin Ndoci, suspected of murdering Dorjan Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdija.
Ndoci is also accused of being part of the murder of Besmir and Viktor Haxhia. His involvement in these crimes came out after the testimony of Klevis Alla.
At that time he confessed that Altin Ndoci also participated in the event. But the colleague of justice Nuredin Dumani confessed otherwise, who testified that Altin Mdoci was not involved in these 2 murders in Durrës.
In such conditions, the defense asked the court to drop the charges, for which it found the approval of the black squads.
