The Tirana court has sentenced Roland Pula to life imprisonment, after he killed the Bardhi brothers in the village of Gramëz in Kruja in 2020 after injuring their brother.
The brothers Gramoz and Xentil Bardhi were shot with a Kalashnikov, while they died on the way to the hospital.

The guilty plea of the defendant RP, for committing the criminal offenses "murder in other qualifying circumstances" and "Unauthorized production and possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" provided by articles 79/dh and 278/1 of the Criminal Code and the sentence his eventually with life imprisonment", the announcement states.
The serious crime took place after the fight that started in the village bar, the perpetrator was ambushed near the house in the dark, shooting the two brothers. At that time it was reported that the conflict was just a continuation of the clashes that started on August 19, 2005 when the brother of Gramoz and Xhentil Bardhi, Eltoni stabbed Besnik Pula.
Roland Pula was arrested in 2008, while on October 29, 2010 he was sentenced to 6 months in prison for the charge of "intimidation" with a weapon, 4 months in prison for the charge of "Intentionally causing minor injury" and 2 years in prison for the charge of "Carrying without license of combat weapons".
