For the murder of the bartender Mimoza Paja and the wounding of 4 other people on March 13, 2023, on "Don Bosco" street, three police authorities such as Albanian, Kosovar and German had to be involved in the investigation.
Initially, a person from Kosovo named Besnik Shlivova, who had entered the license plate in the territory of Kosovo, was suspected of participating in the murder.
In the investigative file available to "Ora News", it is stated that the Kosovo and German police identified two services where the license plate "REHX 112" was registered. And during the scanning of the persons who had used this license plate, two citizens were questioned. Germans.
The question of Christian Kummer and Michael Groos was asked in order to trace the dynamics of the license plate movement they had used.
After their question, Interpol Wiesbaden informed the Albanian Police that the number plate REHX 112 was used for the vehicle type "Opel ASTRA Sports Tourer", registered for the first time in the German state on February 14, 2012.
But from February 14, until November 23, 2012, this vehicle was owned by the Autozentrum Hoppmann car dealership. Afterwards, this vehicle was taken out of circulation.
The Germans have further informed the group investigating the "Don Bosco" assassination, that on May 6, 2022, this license plate was owned by Christian Kummer.
And on October 4, 2022, the license plate passed into the ownership of the German trader Michael Groos.
The investigations carried out in Germany have revealed that the license plate of the "Opel Astra" was then registered on February 22, 2022 to an "Audi A6" vehicle.
The license plate was kept active and not deregistered until May 3, 2022, being in the name of the Kosovar, Besnik Shlivova.
According to the data for Besnik Shlivova, Interpol Wiesbaden has informed that he is not registered at the address given in the city of Gladbeck and from the verifications made, no address of his residence was found.
Because Shlivova was initially the person suspected of participating in the assassination attempt, the Kosovo Police has informed that in April 2022, Shlivova brought an "Audi A6" with license plate REHX 112 from Merdarë Border Point.
Shlivova sold this "Audi" to an "Auto-Lulzimi" service in the village of "Drenas", which is owned by citizen Lulzim Arllati.
While the license plate together with the car book was returned to Gazmend Jakupi in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The Albanian police claim that one of the two license plates with the number "REHX 112" was stolen by Nikoll Sherrniku, in May 2020 at the service premises of Gazmend Jakupi.
The theft was committed during the visit that Sherrnik made to the premises of the service center, in order to buy a car.
The fact of the license plate theft has been proven by the testimony of a Syrian worker, Thahir Alleat, who stated to the German police that Sherrnik had taken 3 license plates from the warehouse, which were destined for destruction.
The same claim was made by Gazmend Jakupi and Nikoll Sherrniku's friend, citizen Serjan Gjini, who claimed that Sherrniku himself had accepted the fact of the number plates, which he took to his boss Ervis Martinaj./ Ora
