The State Police has presented as a major achievement for the Elbasan Region that there were no murders in 2024. It was even reported that this was happening after 35 years, bringing to mind the year 1989, when according to today's police statistics there were still no murders.
It is not known what murder the police are talking about in connection with Elbasan, but at least one has occurred and shocked the city.
Enea Thomaraj lost his life as a result of a TNT explosion, which was placed in an apartment next to the apartment where the victim lived in the city of Elbasan.
Thomaraj lost his life as a result of an assassination attempt that occurred on July 14, which had nothing to do with him, but unfortunately at the moment of the explosion he was in his apartment, not knowing that evil would come to him in that form. Thomaraj lost his life 3 months later, without ever coming out of the coma.
Today it was reported that no murders were recorded in Elbasan during 2024. It seems that the police either did not keep statistics properly, or lied. Enea Thomaraj, an innocent victim, lost her life unjustly in an event that cannot be hidden for statistical purposes.
"I congratulate the Elbasan District Police structures because the increase in the preventive force enabled there to be no murders in this district during the year 2024. This result had not been recorded in this district since the distant year 1989," declared Ilir Proda, head of the State Police.
