The dead body of a foreign citizen was found this Monday evening in Koplik. The victim was found near a three-story building under construction, on the outskirts of the city.
It is learned that the victim was found around 21:45 by a citizen, who informed the police.
Numerous police forces have surrounded the area, while it is expected that with the arrival of specialists from Shkodra, more details will be revealed about the causes of the death of the person in question.
Both his identity and his nationality are currently unknown.
