The Associated Press has ranked Ali's performance with the song "Nân" among the 10 best performances of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026, including the Albanian artist in the list of the most prominent names of the grand final held yesterday evening in Vienna.
In an article published after the final, the American media described the Albanian performance as “cinematic” and emotionally charged, praising the dramatic atmosphere that “Nân” brought to the Eurovision stage. “The performance sounded like the soundtrack to an emotional movie scene,” writes the Associated Press.
The article also focuses on Ali's stage appearance, who appeared in a costume resembling shiny metal armor, while on screen a female figure symbolizing the mother appeared, played by actress Rajmonda Bulku.
The Albanian song was ranked among the top 10 performances along with artists from Italy, Finland, Australia, Belgium and Romania.
According to the Associated Press, "Nân" stood out for its combination of theatrical elements, dramatic chorus, and Ali's emotional interpretation, becoming one of the most special performances of the Eurovision 2026 final.
