Prime Minister Edi Rama has created such strong ties with Tërmet Peçi of Tepelena that he fulfills any request of any kind, because he calls him "commander", just as Shefqet Peçi called Enver Hoxha and remained a member of parliament for Kurvelesh for 45 years.
The difference between them is that Shefqet Peçi had participated in the war, while his nephew Tërmeti participated in the "war" of 1997, where he would go out with his gang in a hood on the Gjirokastër-Tepelena road, and rob and massacre passengers, cars and goods in the muane, for which there are several reports in the Gjirokastër Police archive.
Among the requests that the "commander" fulfilled to the "soldier" Tërmeti, is the inclusion in the list of SP candidates in the Gjirokastra Region, of Shyqyri Hysi from Tepelena, professor of the History Department at the University of Gjirokastra.
In Tepelena, it was said that Tërmet Peçi included Professor Shyqo from Kalivaç in the list of candidates for MPs, also because the professor has family ties to international drug trafficker Andrea Çaushi alias Rento Çaushi from Kalivaç, whom Tërmet has had and still has as a "colleague" in trafficking and money laundering.
In addition to being obligated to his trafficker friend, it is said that Tërmet Peçi included Professor Shyqon on the list because (according to Tërmet and the teachers), he had given him a diploma from the University of Gjirokastra for "History Teacher", which he used in 2011 when he ran for mayor.
In October 2011, the anti-crime directorate during the DP government, based on indications that Publicist Tërmet Peçi has fake documents, began an investigation into his high school diploma in Tepelena and his university diploma in Gjirokastra, but the investigation was forgotten. While Tërmet, after being elected mayor of Tepelena, declared only “Higher Education”, not mentioning the diploma that Professor Shyqo gave him as a history teacher; but now he declares that he has completed higher studies in “Public Administration” at the Faculty of Economics of Gjirokastra, but without stating in which years he completed it.
For this reason, the chairman of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, should ask the Decriminalization Directorate at the General Prosecutor's Office to investigate Tërmet Peçi's educational documents, as well as his activities during the years 1992-1993 in Greece and 2007-2008 in Italy.
So far, the only true thing is this: with the influence of "commander" Edi Rama, "soldier" Tërmeti, has nominated Professor Shyqon from Kalivaçi for the SP deputies in the Gjirokastër region, who says he gave him his "History Teacher" diploma./ Pamphlet
