A heated debate has erupted in the parliamentary session, which has been going on since 10:00. The leader of the parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, took the floor to talk about the ratification of the loan agreement between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Ministry of Finance (the borrower), and KfW Frankfurt am Main (KfW), for the “Municipal Infrastructure V – Phase II” program.
But at one point he stopped at the prime minister's proposal for EU membership without the right to vote. " And we are saying, Prime Minister Rama is saying, he has said it several times, it is not the first time, he is saying, okay, we accept to join even without the right to veto. We do not want the veto. We do not want the veto ," said Balla.
At that moment there was an intervention from the hall, specifically from the deputy Albana Vokshi. But Balla addressed her: " We said we would ask you once, because we didn't have time. Really, really, really, really, we didn't have your phone number to call you and say: hey, what do you think about this? 0900, because I have this number for you. For you, Albana. Definitely ."
This brought a harsh reaction from the Democrats. The group's leader Gazment Bardhi and other MPs approached Balla at the podium, exploding with accusations and criticism. The words are heard in the video: " Insolent, you bastard"; "Disgusting"; "What is 0900? What is it? What is it?"; "You are the shame of this assembly". "You are used to the whores you have in your party. Who do you show 0900 to?"
Then, the Speaker of the Assembly adjourned the session for a 5-minute break.

Te ka ardhe goja ty more fshatar librazhdi. Prandaj iken per lesh ai vend se ka deputete si puna jote.
Keshtu e bejne veten per dajak keta sumçet e ridhjerjes, pastaj kur i fryjne nga turinjte thone na zgerdhine ne dru per çeshtje politike. Po keta e kane si kulture se jane mesu me kurva si ne shtepi edhe ne parti. Niko prejleshi ka ndonje mase per kete burë-kurvë, apo eshte i partise ky.....
Po kush te jep dajak sipas teje, Bardhi apo Paloqja? Po te jete puna per dru te kap ajo ripredhja qe e quan ti dhe te nxjerr me shkelma perjashta qe pastaj ti te tentosh ose te hysh nga dritarja sic bere disa vite me pare ose sikurse bete me bufin qe e shpute ne BE te qahej sa i prene dhe fjalen prandaj mos hani mu.. shume po rrini urte aty ne parlament.
