The leader of the Right for Development coalition, Dashamir Shehi, accused Berisha and Rama of being together and having made occasional agreements to keep rivals at bay.
Shehi said that for 13 years, the Rama-Berisha duo has been holding the country hostage, as he called on citizens not to cast their votes on behalf of these two.
"Berisha has been doing this for years. Whoever is not with Berisha is a communist, with Rama. If there is one person who is a partner with Rama, it is Berisha. The entire history of 13 years is a partnership with Rama. Together they make a constitution in 2008. They make an electoral law today that is even worse, they made it together and with this law they have administered politics.
6 months ago they made this other law, to get their rivals out. They don't want people on their feet to administer their personal power. We have right-wing votes, but they are not stamped as DP. Why are they considered minus? Who are we harming? We are honoring Albania. What Berisha says in the morning, he doesn't say at dinner. If they vote for these two Albanians, they will still find trouble. You two are SPAK's ", said Shehi on the Debate show on A2 CNN.
