The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has declared that he will not withdraw from politics even if he loses the May 11 elections.
In an interview for the show "Opinion", Berisha said that he is a missionary and that according to him, a missionary is only attracted by God, implying that attraction only comes from death.
Excerpt from the interview:
-Do you think you can retire?
Berisha : What? Should I withdraw? Now I know what you mean… a missionary is only attracted by one factor, the great God. Only God attracts a missionary.
-By God, not by vote?
Berisha : Only God attracts a missionary. You understand that a missionary can never betray God. He who embarks on a mission in difficult conditions has only God as his hope.
