19 MPs expelled, the opposition threatens: Rama is forcing us to go to civil

The Democratic Party has reacted indignantly over the decision taken by the Ethics Commission to expel 19 deputies. The most punished was Ervin Salianji, who was suspended for 20 days.

He appeared at a press conference, calling the decision abusive. According to him, this is a war that the majority is declaring to the opposition, as he threatened with civil disobedience.

" After approving the regulation of the Assembly as they wanted without consensus, Rama's patronageists took another disgraceful decision. It is not in the desire of any political party to determine the political opponent, it is determined by votes and the vote determined it. Hating the parliament and the opposition is another act that proves Rama's dictatorial mindset. The decision came just an hour before the ethics commission met. We consider it a declaration of war, against which we will prepare ", said Salinaji.

Today, the Secretariat of Ethics expelled MP Ervin Salianji for 20 days, while 18 other opposition MPs were left out of the Assembly for 10 days. Their exclusion comes after the disturbances caused in the last plenary session, as well as the chaos caused in the Electoral Reform Commission.

The deputies who have been excluded from the works of the Assembly are Albana Vokshi, Sorina Koti, Elda Hoti, Lindita Metaliaj, Isuf Çela, Tritan Shehu, Lefter Gështenja, Helidon Bushati, Xhelal Mziu, Edmond Spaho, Oerd Bylykbashi, Ervin Salianji, Samir Korreshi, Kasem Mahmutaj, Ramadan Likaj, Kastriot Piroli, Qani Xhala, Lodovik Hasani and Luan Baçi.
