Lawyer Ylli Manjani has reacted to the decision of the Constitutional Court, which decided to approve the Rama-Meloni pact for immigrants.
Manjani says that today we have the most unconstitutional court that we have ever had and there is no difference from Rwanda. According to him, the pact violates the country's sovereignty and the Constitution should be overturned.
" We have the most unconstitutional Court we have ever had. 5 of its members have decided to allow a piece of territory of the Republic to be left under the administration of a foreign government. In that piece of territory in Shengjin and Gjadër, the laws of the Republic of Italy will apply. Republic of Albania only collects the dirty water. We expect them to clarify the separation of powers, but they divide the territory. They have questioned the territorial integrity of the state, what do they have with the separation of powers?! ", writes Manjani.
The court decided with 5 votes in favor and 4 against to reject the lawsuit of the opposition, opening the way for immigrants. It is expected that the president of this court will appear in a communication with the media and clarify the decision.
