Affair with incinerators, Vangjeli: Klodian Zoto puppet with a high salary, ask Rama for the stolen money

The Democratic Party of the Reestablishment group reacted this Saturday again for what it describes as the mega-corruption affair with the incinerators.

From the pulpit of the blue headquarters, the spokeswoman for "Anticorruption" in DP, Genta Vangjeli, declared that Klodian Zoto is a puppet with a high salary.

She said that the Albanians should ask Edi Rama for the stolen money, as the man who has power over every institution of this country.

"Integrated Energy, the infamous incinerator company, has benefited from 244 payments from 16 state, central and local institutions, from April 4, 2018 to August 23, 2023, in the total value of 65.9 billion Lek.

These payments were made for waste disposal, a service that meanwhile belongs to the respective municipalities.

Specifically, the payers of Klodian Zoto are:

Vore Municipality – 11 transactions

Kavaja Municipality – 22 transactions

Tirana Municipality - 153 transactions

Consumer Protection Agency – 3 transactions

Ministry of Culture - 13 transactions

High Court – 4 transactions

Durrës Municipality – 2 transactions

Zoto's company is also part of the 2020 tender for the construction of the Vlora landfill, worth 9.8 million euros, financed through the mediation of the German Development Agency.

This project has remained suspended as Klodian Zoto's company Integrated Technology Services is under preventive seizure by order of SPAK.
