The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, has today delivered to the Russian Ambassador in Belgrade Bocan-Kharchenko a letter to the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, to whom he congratulated him on the victory of the elections and explained the seriousness of the situation of the Serbian people in Kosovo and the challenges which Serbia is facing.
