There is nonsense in the case of Arben Ahmetaj, the incinerators and other parts of the puzzle of this great scandal, which are not difficult to connect with each other.
The first one starts with the position of the prime minister, who described the project of 430 million euros of the incinerators of Elbasan, Tirana and Fier as wonderful - even though these "wonderful" incinerators continue to absorb euros, but not garbage to this day.
As Babloku himself explained, within this "miracle" there were simply some criminals who benefited as the word comes, Lefter Koka, Alqi Blako and Arben Ahmetaj together with a dozen other officials.
As far as what happened, Rama has already turned the answer into a template: "how do I know what my subordinates do", and with this the Prime Minister thinks he has washed his hands.
But is Arben Ahmetaj the cap that closes the septic tank of the incinerators?
First of all, it must be said that in the document, in which SPAK asks the Parliament to arrest Ahmetaj, it is more than obvious that Edi Rama knew what his subordinates and people paid by them were doing in connection with the mega-affair of the incinerators. It is easily understandable that many of the actions for which Ahmetaj is accused could not be done without Bablok's approval. Ahmetaj is accused of having initiated government decisions in exchange for financial favors such as villas, apartments or bill payments, but no one can say otherwise that these government decisions were impossible for Ahmetaj and Lefter Koka to approve alone. They were only 2 votes. What about the others? What about Rama?

Por a do ti hapej rrugë karrierës së Tigrit në krye të financave të shtetit dhe më pas mafies së dy Klodianëve, Mërtiri dhe Zoto, nëse nuk do të donte Babloku?
Prandaj e vërteta është e thjeshtë dhe e qartë si drita e diellit. Arben Ahmetaj nuk mundet ta mbyllë kapakun e gropës së hapur septike të inceneratorëve. Ai është vërtet mëkatar dhe ka dalë zbuluar, por mbetet i fundit në listën e atyre që duhet të shkojnë pas hekurave. Ndërkohë që SPAK lëshon urdhra të premten pasdite dhe, në të njëjtën ditë, Tigri i hip makinës e kalon kufirin, kokat që hapin përfundimisht këtë gropë jashtëqitjeje dhe që, me shumë gjasë, kanë fuqinë edhe të përmbysin qeverinë për madhësinë e skandalit që kanë kryer, nuk duken ende askund.
Ata janë dy Klodianët e famshëm; Zoto dhe Mërtiri.
Formula është e qartë dhe deri tani është zbatuar me përpikmëri.

Of course, this could cost Albania the Bablok government, and this is where the whole problem lies.
Bablok and this government have been waiting for a long time to go behind the bars and give an account for what they have done. If they can't do the terrible concession contracts, the garbage will. After all, such garbage can only be cleaned by the garbage collector./ Pamphlet
