Secretary Blinken will find an Albania grateful for the irreplaceable friendship and unreserved support of the United States in the path of our radical transformation, and especially at this time an Albania grateful for the precious partnership of the United States in the historic reformation of the system of justice, where the government that I have the privilege to lead remains decisively the guarantor of the independence of the new justice, in the great effort to undo the old culture of impunity.

Yesterday, the US Department of State confirmed the first visit of US Secretary Antony Blinken to Tirana. It is learned that Blinken will visit Europe from February 14 to 17 and is expected to stop in Tirana and Munich.
In a response to the media, DASH announced that in Tirana, the US Secretary of State is expected to reaffirm the strong ties of the US-Albania partnership, but did not provide other details of his visit to our country.
