Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha published today on social networks a video message about the protest of February 20.
Berisha calls on all citizens to join the opposition and gather in Tirana to protest.
"February 20, Victory Day. All in Tirana", wrote Berisha.
"The opposition in action! Battle without return! Civil disobedience! For the dignity of Albania! For the dignity of the Albanians! February 20! "Martyrs of the Nation" Boulevard. 5:30 p.m.," the video message says.
Since the house arrest sentence of the former Prime Minister Berisha, the opposition has been holding daily gatherings under his apartment.
Meanwhile, on Monday, thousands of citizens gathered in front of the parliament where they protested, in what they described as the start of protests and opposition action.
