The head of the LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, considers it a "great shame" that political parties have brought out their supporters to protest in front of SPAK.
"A great shame. To bring out the flock of loyalists and strike at one of the elements of the state. Justice is a power in itself and these gentlemen have no power over it. It was created to control them. They want the state as a tool to use for themselves. These are people who have the money, the media, international connections, the best lawyers... What are they afraid of justice for? That scoundrel who got hurt with his neighbor is afraid. The only justice that works a little, both sides have run away from it ," Shehi told "A2 CNN".
Asked if there is something wrong with justice in Albania, Shehi responded by saying that the files backlogged in the Court and delayed for 10 years shows that there is no justice.
He adds that Prime Minister Rama is afraid of SPAK after realizing that the Special Prosecution Office is serious about the recent arrests.
"There are many things that are not going well. In the Supreme Court there are over 35 thousand files of owners waiting to receive their goods. In the courts of appeal there are thousands of files and to receive a salary you can wait 10 years. This is no longer justice. Have you seen them hold any demonstrations about these? The Prime Minister remembered when they harassed him at the Mayor's office. Now that they realized that these people are taking them, they are scared and have started to fall for them. Both sides are partners. They do the same demonstrations, only the people are different ," said Shehi.
According to the head of the LZHK, in Albania "perfect justice cannot be achieved", but "it must be left to work and it will self-regulate".
