Democrat Ervin Salianji said that what he has requested for the elections in the Democratic Party for the party leader is an equal competition with publicly announced electoral lists and an impartial commission, and financial resources that should be provided to the candidates.
According to Salianj, the DP must show moral superiority with a different model and not like the models of the Labor Party.
"I say let's create the conditions, let's publish the lists, we need to create moral superiority with a different model, what we ask of Rama, let's do it ourselves, free and equal elections.
Because the constitution says so, I say let Berisha be in the race, let us have electoral lists, an impartial commission, financial resources that are currently being used for Berisha's opponents in the party by paying people to put them at his service.
"I hoped we would have separated in the 1990s, apparently we are still in the same mindset and many say that these are from the Labor Party and behave the same. But because of the sacrifice I have made, I have to tell some truths ," Salianji told "News 24".
