There are 6 rulers in the Euro-Balkan-Asian area, specifically: Vladimir Putin of Russia, Recep Erdogan of Turkey, Viktor Orban of Hungary, Milorad Dodik of Bosnia; Aleksandër Vucic of Serbia and Edi Rama of Albania.
These, not only are copies in behavior as autocrats of power against their people, but they have declared the same goal of rule until 2030 and even as long as they are alive, keeping power with the schemes and tools used by the rulers, with the popular vote as decoration fake.

Aleksandër Vucic , Vladimir Putin's soldier, Viktor Orbani's equivalent and Edi's "brother" Rama; began his reign in 1998 as Minister of Information in the regime of Slobodan Milosevic; as Minister of Defense, deputy prime minister and prime minister until 2017 when he became president, while now he is seeking a third term as president, declaring that he will lead Serbia until 2030 and beyond.
Edi Rama started his rule in 1998 as Minister of Culture; in 2000 he was elected mayor of Tirana until May 2011. In 2005 he took the leadership of the SP, while in 2013 he was elected prime minister, where he is continuing his third term, and declares that he will take the fourth term until 2029 and further after 2030.
