The lawyer of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Genc Gjokutaj, invited to "Top Story" clarified the latest developments for his client.

He stated that the age is not allowed by law for people over 70 to be sent to prison.

Since the former prime minister has exceeded the limit of the law, he cannot be sent behind bars, but the maximum sentence that can be given to him is house arrest.
