Lawyer Romeo Kara says that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha politically treated the process of the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) regarding the privatization of the former Partizani complex, so he played the bluff.
In an interview for "Ora e Fundi" on ABC News, Kara said that if Berisha does not respect the measure of house arrest, he will end up in prison.
Among other things, Kara added that there can be no civil disobedience to justice.

We have never heard that there can be civil disobedience against the court. It may be against the government, but not against the court. If he does not comply with house arrest, he will surely go to prison. When you do not respect, you violate the integrity of the process, he does not agree with the process, he will not go to justice.
