With the creation of the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Minister Blendi Gonxhe has chosen to lead this department with the same colleagues who worked in the Directorate of Road Transport.
By decision of the Council of Ministers, Lira Pipa, who previously held the position of cabinet director at DPSHTRR, has been appointed deputy minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation.
Who is Lira Pipa?
Lira Pipa was born in Tirana, on June 24, 1991. During the years 2009 - 2012, she studied at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana, Business Administration branch. Then during the years 2012 - 2014, he completed with high results the Master's studies in Marketing, at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana.
During the years 2016-2019, she contributed as a specialist at the Directorate of Public Communication, in the Parks and Recreation Agency.
Since 2019, Lira Pipa has joined the staff of the General Directorate of Road Transport Services, an institution under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, in the position of Cabinet Director.
